MCA has established a Tribunal to decide the disputes arising on election to the council of ICSI

MCA estab­lished a Tri­bunal Con­sist­ing of 3 per­sons to decide the dis­putes aris­ing under Sec­tion 10 A of the Act in the mat­ter of elec­tion to the Coun­cil of the insti­tute of Com­pa­ny Sec­re­taries of India held in December,2014

G.S.R. 315 (E).-1n exer­cise of the pow­ers con­ferred by sub-sec­tion (1) of Sec­tion 10B of the Com­pa­ny Sec­re­taries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980) and in pur­suance of rule 3 of the Com­pa­ny Sec­re­taries (Elec­tion Tri­bunal) Rules, 2006, the Cen­tral Gov­ern­ment here­by estab­lish­es a Tri­bunal Con­sist­ing of the fol­low­ing per­sons to decide the dis­putes aris­ing under Sec­tion 10 A of the Act in the mat­ter of elec­tion to the Coun­cil of the insti­tute of Com­pa­ny Sec­re­taries of India held in December,2014, namely
