Extension of time Limit for submitting the ITR‑V for electronic filling of return for the A.Y. 2013–14 and A.Y.2014–15

Vide Noti­fi­ca­tion No‑1/2015 under the CPC Scheme 2011 the Direc­tor Gen­er­al of Income Tax (Sys­tem) is here­by extend­ed the time lim­it of sub­mit­ting ITR‑V (with­out elec­tron­ic sig­na­ture) for A.Y. 2013–14 (fill­ing on or after 1st April, 2014 to till 31st March, 2015) and for A.Y. 2014–15 (filled on or after 1st April,2014 till 30th June,2015). 

These ITR‑V can be sub­mit­ted upto 31st Oct,2015 or with­in a peri­od of 120 days from the date of upload­ing the elec­tron­ic return. For the Notice please click on the fol­low­ing link:
