Empanelment for Audit of Army Canteens

1. Quo­ta­tions are invit­ed from CA firms with expe­ri­ence in Defense Accounts for car­ry­ing out quar­ter­ly audit of accounts of 61 Sub Area Can­teen; locat­ed in Rajasthan at Jhun­jhunu. Sikar. Behror. Hin­daun. Cni­rawa, Kat­put­tl. Neem-ka-Thane, Mundawar, Jaipur & Can­teen Cell Jaipur and in Haryana at Jha­j­jar, Jind, Kosli, Mohmder­garh, Nar­naul, Rewarl, Roht­sk, Bhi­wani, Eadhra, Cnarkni Dadri, Bahadur­garh & Beri for the peri­od of 2015–16.

2. Quo­ta­tions should be for­ward­ed in sealed envelopes addressed to Can­teen Cell, HQ 61 Sub Area, Mil­i­tary Sta­tion, Jaipur- 302012. The last date for receipt of quo­ta­tions is upto 10A M. on 20 Apr 2015.

3. The CM , 81 Sub Area Can­teen Organ­i­sa­tion resen/es the right to modify/ can­cel the notice call­ing for quo­ta­tion at any stage with­out assign­ing any reason.
