Scope of work may be obtained from this office or may be down­loaded from our web site:- bstdc.bih.nic.in. The will­ing firms may send their offer so as to reach this office on or before 26th day of March, 2015 up to 03:00 PM. Envel­op marked Part ‘A’ will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.

Only Eli­gi­ble fir­m’s finan­cial bid shall be opened after inti­mat­ing them in advance. The right to cancel/ mod­i­fy or reject the received offer fully/ par­tial­ly, with­out any expla­na­tion, is reserved to Man­ag­ing Direc­tor of the corporation.
