Format For memorendum of Association has been amended

Com­pa­nies (Incor­po­ra­tion) Rules has been amend­ed by Noti­fi­ca­tion dat­ed 29.05.2015 & the For­mat for mem­o­ren­dum of asso­ci­a­tion to be made by any com­pa­ny under incor­po­ra­tion has also been amended.
