Hiring of Services of a CA firm as an Internal Auditor for NICSI

This pro­pos­al is for hir­ing a Char­tered Accoun­tan­cy firm as Inter­nal Audi­tor for NICSI to pro­vide an inde­pen­dent review of the com­pa­ny professionally.

The scope of work for the inter­nal audi­tor has been giv­en in detail in Annexure‑I. In the pre­vi­ous finan­cial year 2014–15, around 15,000 jour­nals con­sist­ing of around 25 bolls on an aver­age in each jour­nal, totalling to around 3,75,0000 bills have been gen­er­at­ed by NICSI Accounts.
