MCA has established a Tribunal to decide the disputes arising on election to the council of ICSI
MCA established a Tribunal Consisting of 3 persons to decide the disputes arising under Section 10 A of the Act in the matter of election to the Council of the institute of Company Secretaries of India held in December,2014
G.S.R. 315 (E).-1n exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10B of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980) and in pursuance of rule 3 of the Company Secretaries (Election Tribunal) Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby establishes a Tribunal Consisting of the following persons to decide the disputes arising under Section 10 A of the Act in the matter of election to the Council of the institute of Company Secretaries of India held in December,2014, namely
