Revised WB VAT Return for Querter Ending 30.09.2015 can be submitted till 31.05.2015

Sub­ject: Sub­mis­sion of Revised return for Q.E. 30.09.2014

Due date for sub­mis­sion of return in Form 14, Form 14D and Form 15 for the quar­ter end­ed 30.09.2014 was extend­ed to 30.11.2014, as such revised return there­of can be sub­mit­ted up to 31.05.2015, as per pro­vi­sions of sub-sec­tion (3) of sec­tion 32 of the West Ben­gal Val­ue Added Tax Act, 2003.
