The Companies (Amendment) Act 2015

The fol­low­ing Act of Par­lia­ment received the assent of the Pres­i­dent on the 25th May, 2015, and is here­by pub­lished for gen­er­al information:

An Act to amend the Com­pa­nies Act, 2013. BE it enact­ed by Par­lia­ment in the Six­ty-sixth Year of the Repub­lic of India.
