To avoid last minute rush and sys­tem con­ges­tion on the MCA 21 por­tal on account of fil­ings under the Com­pa­ny Law Set­tle­ment Scheme, 2014 end­ing on 15.11.2014 and annu­al fil­ings dur­ing Novem­ber 2014, you might have already tak­en steps in advis­ing cor­po­rates to file bal­ance sheet and annu­al return of the com­pa­nies ear­ly with­out post­pon­ing it to the last days.

You can also con­tact dur­ing this peri­od the Cor­po­rate Seva Kendra / help desks (ph. no. 0124–4832500) would give pri­or­i­ty to e‑filing/ answer­ing queries of com­pa­nies for fil­ing bal­ance sheet and annu­al return.

In this regard, the Min­istry of Cor­po­rate Affairs, Gov­ern­ment of India, has issued a Notice on their website.
