Post assessment Pending VAT refunds to be paid by September, 2015

Finance Min­is­ter West Ben­gal has pro­posed in his Bud­get that grant of post-assess­ment refund with­in one month of issue of the assess­ment order and dis­pose of all pend­ing cas­es with­in Sep­tem­ber 2015.

Depart­ment has issued Cir­cu­lar 05/2015 dat­ed 11/05/2015 regard­ing upload­ing of Infor­ma­tion of pend­ing Post Assess­ment VAT Refund cas­es with­in 31st May, 2015 in s http://egov.wbcomtax.gov.in/DealerProfile/postAssmentRefund.htm & the refund will be paid by Sep­tem­ber, 2015
