West Ben­gal For­est Devel­op­ment Cor­po­ra­tion Invites Appli­ca­tion from CA/CMA Firms for FY 2025–26

The West Ben­gal For­est Devel­op­ment Cor­po­ra­tion Lim­it­ed (WBFDCL), a Gov­ern­ment of West Ben­gal under­tak­ing, has issued an e‑Tender (NIT No. 01/WBFDCL/HQ/25–26/ACC) invit­ing bids from qual­i­fied Cost Accoun­tants or Char­tered Accoun­tant firms. The objec­tive is to engage a con­sul­tant for the clo­sure and com­pi­la­tion of the Cor­po­ra­tion’s accounts for the finan­cial year 2025–26, along with the main­te­nance of a com­po­nent-wise Chart of Accounts (COA) in cloud-based Tal­ly software.

Key Scope of Work:

• Com­pi­la­tion of quar­ter­ly and annu­al accounts.
• Tri­al bal­ance and bank reconciliation.
• Ver­i­fi­ca­tion of statu­to­ry com­pli­ance, income book­ing, fixed asset records, and tim­ber auc­tion proceeds.
• Sug­ges­tions for improve­ments in the cur­rent account­ing system.

The esti­mat­ed con­tract val­ue is ₹27,00,000 exclud­ing GST. The selec­tion will fol­low a two-bid QCBS (Qual­i­ty-cum-Cost Based Selec­tion) process with a 70:30 weigh­tage for tech­ni­cal and finan­cial scores, respec­tive­ly. The ini­tial con­tract peri­od is one year, extend­able up to three years based on per­for­mance, with an annu­al cost esca­la­tion cap of 8%.
